Day 150 - Snake Eyes 2 - (Sean Collins) (2/9/26)

Ninja Week continues! Coinciding with @docsilence doing his Kamakura entry in the filecards, here is Sean Collins' Snake Eyes persona. When Snake Eyes was killed, Sean took over the identity to prevent Cobra from knowing they'd succeeded. Yes, you can get this and just have it be yet another Snake Eyes, but from what I can tell, Sean had two distinct masks that do stand out from the original's look some. Would be cool if they included both heads. And hey! Day 150!

Absolutely less than zero interest in anyone being Snake-Eyes but the *actual* Snake-Eyes, buuuuuut I’d buy this as a variant for the actual Snake-Eyes.

Yeah, that's mostly what I meant comparing him to now. Homie slimmed down quite a bit. Now I gotta pull up all those 80s/90s Hong Kong flicks.

Sean Collins Snake-Eyes, yes. The only thing I didn't like during that story arc was how they pretty much made him a carbon copy of the original with the whole damaged face and voice and stuff. It kind of erased his own backstory and origin which I thought was cool; the kid of the former squad mate turned Crimson Guard of SE, Stalker, and Storm Shadow gets trained to be a ninja and commando.

I actually questioned that last night because of the pictures I used showing Dawn with him. I had listed Dawn in this thread as III but I don't even know how I determined that. Did she come first?

Super hard pass on bullshit knock-offs. There is only one Snake Eyes. And even if I would buy this dickhead's figures and pretend they're the real Snake Eyes, I wouldn't because the costume isn't even as good as any of the Snake Eyes costumes I actually -want- to own figures of. This sucks and just shouldn't exist.

Edit: Also want to subtract extra cool points on this knock-off SE for reminding me how fucking atrocious the Dawn costume at the time was. Fuckin' ARMOURED shoulders and no sleeves. Like she's fucking Wolverine. Fuck off.

You reaction is utterly reasonable.

If they do Dawn, I'm hoping for an alt head because I'm going with a not-Snake-Eyes version, and for Sean, I would like for him to not be Snake Eyes either, and the mask with the thingies on the side along his jaw looks pretty different for me at least, and I'd just go with the Throwdown codename.
