I'm mostly expecting Hellboy to be a one and done - particularly since Boss Fight is doing a whole line - but given McFarlane Toys is losing the DC license this year, I suppose anything is possible if this figure sells well.

I find it interesting it sold out on BBTS but is still up for preorder at MTS.

Different quantity combined with the power of the Pile of Loot, maybe? Ordering without having to pay immediately is an incredible trap.

I'm sure Hellboy will do well for them, although they gotta think bigger than Hellboy (however much I love the book and think Mignola is one of our greatest living comics creators) to replace DC. I think they're really gonna have to shell out for a true classic:

I purposely avoid MTS now because of the shipping charges plus the longer-than-usual wait times I've experienced during the last few figures I've ordered from them.

I'd be in, but only at $35 or less. I'm out at the $60 Elite price point. That's just asinine. I basically avoid any line that has a standard price point over $30 no matter how much I like their stuff. It then becomes on clearance for 50% off or more, or not at all.

Not sure if this is just EB or if I'm missing MSRP adjustments, but Arthas and now Hellboy were available at 40 Canuck and 32 for me after my Onyx discount.

All the other Elites were 70.

Actual Witchblade not body-condom and stilleto's Witchblade in her ivory looking wetsuit. I stopped by the comic shop just to kill time, they had one of the newer Witchblade comics sitting right next to reprints of the original series' #1. The art quality was like night and day. I thumbed through the new one for maybe 10 seconds before I had to look at the reprint and how much better the art was 30 years ago.

If Todd (wonky as his figures can look at times) did stuff from the Cliffhanger imprint like Danger Girl, Battle Chasers, Crimson and Steampunk, my wallet may be in just as much trouble in the short term as it was when he was doing DC stuff.

It's true, I'm surprised Silvestri didn't include one in the comics to please the "too sexy" scolds. Sara Pezzini cross-licensed to appear on Depends Adult diaper packaging.

Anyone else order that last round of figures through Gamestop? That hoopty of a website had trouble processing my order for some reason and I can't change my payment option. This is what I get for trying to order through a store that's basically a corpse.

WonderCon has been one of Todd’s favorite cons/events in the past few years. Sometimes showing 20+ new 7” DCM figures. I don’t think that’s happening this year, but who knows? We’re in the home stretch with a ton of unconfirmed rumors. Might be time for a data dump of new reveals.

God, what I wouldn’t give for a well made, fully articulated set of Danger Girls. One of the first things I did when I got my emulator up and running was play the Danger Girl video game all the way through. The hardcover collection is also one of the few physical comic books I have left. I loved how fun and cheesy the original series was.
