It does. It’s a bit small for the helmet/goggles though: I wound up using a NF Falcon head for the circumference.

I just posted gloatingly in the fan fic thread because in my imaginary world this is the moment Hasbro calls me, but apparently Max Landis's script wasn't what they were looking for. I cannot imagine how that could have gone wrong. /sarcasm

Holy crap, it really fits? NICE. I've got an extra Mainframe already, but maybe I'll price out NF Falcon too just in case. I don't think Amazon's shipping him for a while around here.

(Edit - eff it, I just grabbed a spare NF Falcon head in case I really don't like Mainframe. Hilarious that you can get wide-mouth regular Falcon head for like, three bucks but it's actually kind of hard to get NF Falcon.)
