Hulk Deluxe/Retro Wave

If hasbro makes the U-Foes into Marvel Legends form, I want the 2008 movie video game versions, same with Bi-Beast.

Respecfully, comic versions for me. Heck, a new skull head (or the like) on the existing Living Laser figure and you'd have a halfway decent X-Ray already.
Nah, if Hasbro makes the video game versions, I am hunting down Hulkwummy and punching his tummy!

You have been very clear about that... but it seems very unlikely That game is old and those characters haven't been done in comic versions, so the idea they go back and do old video game versions of niche characters just doesn't seem plausible.

You are the only person I've seen ask for these specific versions.of these characters so its not clear how big a market there would even be.

There was a rumor circulating around for awhile in late 2024/early 2025 that Marvel Studios in partnership with Activision would be putting up a whole bunch of their classic games back onto the Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN Networks including Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, Spider-Man Web of Shadows, Deadpool, The Punisher, Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2, Wolverine Origins and I think the Sam Raimi Spider-Man movie games and the Captain America game. I was also hoping for the Neversoft Spider-Man and X2: Wolverine’s Revenge game to be included but doesn’t look like those are in the cards if this plan is still in the works

What is wrong with wanting video game versions of Hulk villains?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting video game versions of those characters. Everyone has their own wishlists.

If it happened, it would just frustrate a lot of us that have been waiting 25+ years to get a single comic book version of the same characters because it's unlikely that they would ever get made again in the line. Those characters scream "one and done." I still have the 5.5" poorly articulated versions of Bi-Beast and Ironclad from that same game (even though I never played the game). They're acting as my stand-ins for the characters in my Legends collection, but they're very poor stand-ins and hiding in the background.

It's the same reason many of us groan that we've gotten non-comic versions of characters like Spot, Heimdall, Mantis, Collector, Grandmaster, Korg, Ego, Spider-Man India, Nebula, many of the Eternals, America Chavez, Cosmo, Thanos' Cull Obsidian team, Happy Hogan, Khonshu, Kro, M'Baku, Caretaker, Minn-Erva, Baron Mordo, Nakia, Okoye, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Killmonger, Cassandra Nova, Harry Osborn, Rintrah, Everett K Ross, Surtur, Talos, Joaquin Torres, Hope/Nadia Van Dyne, Jimmy Woo, Yon-Rogg, etc... and have never gotten a comic version, which is the source material iteration that most of us (not all) seem to gravitate to.

I’d like to remind you that last years definitive figure of the year pick for a majority of collectors was the Gamerverse Wolverine. Not only that but it was deemed the best Wolverine ever produced thus far by that same majority of collectors. So it is absolutely possible for video game figures to pull off an upset like this. Especially if they are considered to be iconic versions of the characters. The U-Foes may not get a lot of play in any multimedia, and that includes the comics or the action figure market. And god knows we’ve needed versions of them in some form or another. So if the U-Foes from Ultimate Destruction are the only versions we get, then it’s the best version by default. Besides heroes and villains will change costumes every other Tuesday in comics these days. Hasbro is just as likely to release any version of the U-Foes and call it done. So do you want them in classic costumes that haven’t seen the light of day in decades or do you prefer the drop in the bucket current designs that were only introduced last week?

The former... for sure the former.

Also are we serious about that Giant Wolverine being figure of the year? I hate that figure. And how did you collect data to establish a "majority of collectors"? If thats the directiion Marvel Legends is moving it seems they no longer want me as their customer. But with you being a big fan of the McFarlane DC line it tracks that you like that Wolverine since he fits better with those 7 inch figures.

The U-Foes didn't appear in Ultimate Destruction, they appeared in the 2008 video game based on the MCU movie with Edward Norton. The villains that did appear in Ultimate Destruction other than Abomination and General Ross are Mercy, and the Devil Hulk. I also want a Marvel Legends figure of Mercy as well, she too is on my personal Marvel Legends wish list.
